Set Up Times for Exhibitors are Thursday 3:00PM -7:00PM and @ 8:00AM on Friday & Saturday. There is Pre-registration Thursday 3PM-7PM.
Other Show Highlights are our CONSIGNMENT SALES AREA, as well as DEMONSTRATIONS going on throughout the show floor. For both the novice & the experienced, we have something for everyone! The excitement is building and we look forward to your participation in the show.
VENDORS are set up on the perimeters of the show halls (Halls #1-5) and at other key locations throughout the show. They sell tools and machinery, both new and used, raw castings, plans & kits to build models and books on all aspects of the mechanical arts, as well as related historical books. Also you may find trains, boilers, software, metal stock, tool chests, fasteners, lubricants and much, much more!
The 28th Annual CABIN FEVER EXPO & AUCTIONS will be held JANUARY 17-18, 2025.

Receiving a plaque of the Featured Model of the Show.

The chance to win door prizes so graciously donated by the vendors. The door prizes will be given away on Saturday beginning at 4:00PM. You must be present to win.
TO EXHIBIT, What You Need To Do Is:

Go to the FRONT DESK ADMISSION BOOTH at the Main Entrance to The Expo Center, to pay the $20.00 admission fee FIRST (which is good for the duration with Badge and the Waterproof Wristband worn on the wrist).

Let them know that you will be exhibiting so that you get all of the extras (Name Tag, the Plaque, the Door Prize Drawing Slip, Model Description Cards & Safety Sheets).

Then find a spot in the center tables set up for Exhibitors. Air is available in some areas. Set Up Times are on Thursday from 3:00PM to 7:00PM and at 8:00AM on Friday & Saturday.

Locate the EXHIBITOR/VENDOR DOOR In That Room!

Move your vehicle to parking in that area.

Unload your treasures through those designated doors! The Facility's Rules are very clear: There is NO LOADING OR UNLOADING THROUGH THE LOBBY DOORS! NO CARTS OR DOLLIES!!

And Then, Set Up & Have Fun!
Doors are open to the General Public at 9:00AM
on Friday & Saturday.
