Exhibitors
Enjoy yourself the entire weekend! Bring a friend! Divide your time between exhibiting, watching the live steam trains or the boats in our large indoor boat pond, attending the next educational seminar or on Friday going to The Consignment Auction which starts with box lots being sold at 10:00AM. (Auction Preview Times are Friday @ 8:00AM & Thursday 3:00PM-7:00PM). Or you could be browsing all of the many vendor tables for your next treasure. Set Up Times for Vendors and Exhibitors are Friday 8:00AM -7:00PM and @ 8:00AM on Saturday & Sunday. Other show highlights are our Consignment Sales Area, as well as, Demonstrations going on throughout the show floor. For both the novice & the experienced, we have something for everyone! The excitement is building and we look forward to your partici-pation in the show.
Vendors are set up on the inside perimeter of the show and at other key locations throughout the show. They sell tools and machinery, both new and used, raw castings, plans & kits to build models and books on all aspects of the mechanical arts, as well as related historical books. Also you may find, trains, boilers, software, metal stock, tool chests, fasteners, lubricants and much, much more.
Due to our continued growth, we moved in 2008 to the larger 150,000 sq.ft. Toyota Arena at the same facility as prior years, the York Fairgrounds & Expo Center in York, PA 17404. With the additional space The Toyota Arena provides, attendees, exhibitors, as well as vendors have more room to view all that the show has to offer.
If you are exhibiting, you have the added benefit of receiving a plaque of the Featured Model of the show and the chance to win door prizes so graciously donated by the vendors. The largest of these door prizes will be given away on Sunday afternoon. You must be present to win. Lastly, For Exhibitors & Sponsoring Vendors Only, as in the past 3 years, there will be an Exhibitor Appreciation Meet & Greet Reception after the show closes on Saturday.
To exhibit, all you need to do is go to the admission booth, pay the $10.00 admission fee (which is good for all weekend) & let them know that you will be exhibiting so that you get all of the extras (the Plaque, the Door Prize Drawing Slip, Invitation to the Exhibitor Meet & Greet, Model Description Cards & Safety Sheets). Then find a spot in the center tables set up for exhibitors. Air is available in some areas. Set Up Times are on Friday from 8:00 AM to 7:00PM and at 8:00AM on Saturday & Sunday. Doors are open to the General Public at 9:00AM. And then have fun!
